	Oakfield Exterior – Our Oakfield office is located in the heart of Brandon. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time through our main entrance. Once you enter the exterior door, the sleep lab is to the left (Suite 101).
	Oakfield Bedroom 2 – Once inside you will be greeted by your sleep technician and shown to your private bedroom.
	Oakfield Bedroom 3 – Each of our six bedrooms are equipped with all the comforts of home including reading material and a television.
	Oakfield Bedroom 5 – Each of our six bedrooms are equipped with all the comforts of home including reading material and a television.

	Swann Entrance on Westland Ave. – Our Swann office is located in the Hyde Park area of South Tampa. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time through this entrance off of Westland Ave. Suite 101.
	Swann Reception – Should you arrive early, please feel free to have a seat in our spacious reception area.
	Swann Office – Our office consists of private bedrooms in addition to the exam room used for daytime appointments.
	Swann Bedroom – Our bedrooms are equipped with all the comforts of home including televisions, ceiling fans, lamps and reading material.
	Swann Exam – During both your initial and follow-up visit you will meet with your physician in his office.
